Ordering Process

1) You may place your order by phone OR request that we contact you by completing the form on our submission page.

2) We start the ordering process by finalizing product, size, quantity, date needed, design and billing information (within 24hrs).

3) We acknowledge orders with written estimate via fax or e-mail (within 48hrs).

4) An on-line digital proof of your artwork is sent to you via e-mail or faxed, requiring review and approval prior to production (2-5 days).

5) Production time varies depending on the project qty. (Please call for scheduling)

6) All orders will be shipped via UPS or Fed-EX Phoenix, AZ. Unless otherwise requested.
